Our shop payments are managed by Klarna Checkout service, which is an easy-to-use and safe way to shop in our store. It's easy to fill in your details and then you can already choose the best payment method for you.
You have the following payment methods available: Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer (some countries). By using the Klarna Checkout service you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Norra stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm) which you can review at the checkout.
The payments are shown as "Digital River World Payments AB" on your account bill.
If you have questions related to payments, please get in touch directly with Klarna customer service. Please notice that Klarna Checkout is not available for all countries/zones and you need to choose other payment method.
In order to use PayPal payment method, you must have personal PayPal account from which the transfer is done. PayPal account works like a normal bank account. More information from Paypal website.
Other information on payments
Only on-line shopping is possible. We don't take orders by phone or by e-mails. There's no minimum order amount. Everything you can purchase on our website we have in stock. All items remain the property of Warrior Coffee Oy Ltd until full payment is received.
Orders on invoice
For our B2B clients we can offer invoicing option after our approval and paid first order. Please get in touch with our customer service at email@example.com.
Warrior Coffee does not accept outdated discount codes or discounts published by any third party. If you have a discount code made by Warrior Coffee and it doesn't work, please get in touch with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defects and wrong item(s) received:
If you have received a wrong item or a defect item, please get in touch with our customer service at email@example.com. Do not send the the product back to us, before consulting us first. If you have received a wrong or defected item, we will send you a new one and advice you on how to return the wrong item. When contacting us, please state clearly the original order number, your name, the original delivery address, the pick-up address and the item(s) with manufacturing flaws or defects. If the item you have ordered is not available anymore, we will refund your purchase.
Attention: if you have purchased the item from any of our resellers, please contact them for advice and they assist you with product replacement and/or refund. Unfortunately Warrior Coffee can't directly refund any purchases from our resellers.
Return policy is not valid for food items (like coffee and tea products)
If you have received a food product that you think has a defect, please get in touch with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to return a non-food product, you have 14 days to return the product. Before returning any product to us, always contact our customer service first at email@example.com. If the product has been ordered and delivered outside Finland, the customer is responsible for all the return costs (including packing and shipping costs).
After getting a permission and advice on how to return the item, you need to ensure the item is not used, it's clean, non-washed and new. Send the item back in it's original package. We inspect the product when the return arrives and if the product is in flawless condition, we will then reimburse your purchase.
Handling time for returns is about 14-20 working days from receiving the return. The reimbursement takes some bank days, depending on the chosen payment method. If you have questions regarding Klarna downpayments, please contact Klarna customer service directly.
For unclaimed parcels, which are returned to us (outside Finland), we will charge €35. This amount will be deducted from the sum you have paid us and which we will return to you.
Orders made within the EU include Finnish VAT 14%/24%. Customers from non-EU countries are fully responsible for possible import customs and taxes. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible taxes and payments.
Please use our products only for the purposes they are designed for. If you are buying them as a gift to someone, please make sure that the recipient will be informed of the usage purposes and has the sufficient amount of intelligence not to use our products for any other purpose. If for some reason the products are used for other purposes than stated in the package or as generally advised about similar products, this will be at THE USERS OWN RISK and Warrior Coffee Oy Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or potentially negative outcome of that action.

Any delay or failure in the performance by Warrior Coffee Oy Ltd shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure.
For possible disputes between Client and Warrior Coffee Oy Ltd will be applicable Finnish law.

If the Customer does not have a residence in Finland, disputes are settled Warrior Coffee Oy Ltd's hometown district court. The national contact point in your country can guide you through the process.
